I treat anyone who I'm caring for as I would want my own loved ones and Family members to be treated. I was previously a Certified Nursing Assistant and am currently PCA. Hi Everyone, my name is randnesha skinner,I like to be called nesha for short.I have a certificate as a Pca,Home care aid and also Certified Nurse assistant.I graduated last year with and Associates in science degree.have been in the healthcare field for over 10yrs and I love it.Im proud to be one of many to help the elderly with achieving their goals and daily living activities.

What makes me a great caregiver is that I pay attention to details. I do exactly what I'm told, asked and also give advice according to my expertise and I tell the truth about what is needed when it matters. I first started working with elders within my monastery taking care of their basic needs and taking them back and forth to doctor's appointments and following their doctors care of plan. That transmitted to my professional work life as a certified nursing aide, as I work in the nursing homes and also in private home settings. It brings me joy to see those who are in need of help receive the assistance that they need without taking away their dignity and also giving them the extra help that's necessary.... at the same time allowing them to do what they can for themselves. I have a broad range going from helping those with terminal illnesses all the way to those who just need extra assistance around the house. There is no job too big or too small for me to do.

I became a caregiver to help those who need help. I love to see the client/patient regain their independence. Some do not recover however, and making them comfortable is very important to me. When I do my job properly and the patient is content and happy.

I have been a care giver sense s I was 17 yrs. old I always like taking care of people and making their life a Happy one . I have had a lot of experience in taking care of all type of people from handicap to people with feeding tubes, Alzheimer's, Blind, ect I feel there is no better job in the world than one that you can give another person a great quality of life this is very rewarding to me .I have been chosen to take care of very professionl people like judges, Doctors ect. I'm Michaela and I have been doing this kind of work for over 14 years. I'm a loving, caring and honest person. I really enjoy helping people and doing whatever I can to make you happy and comfortable with me. I do housekeeping, meal preparation, bathing, dressing and medication administration. I'm first aide certified. I've also done private cases that I do therapy and exercises with the client and take care a child with disabilities. This is my passion I wouldn't do anything else.

28 years old, have been working as an aide in home care private care and nursing home settings. I have been an aide for eight years.

I became a caregiver because I love people and I feel people should have the best quality of life in there time of need. I love to help people learn new ways of taking care of themselves so they can have the best quality of life during there illness. I love the smiles I get when I arrive to start my job , I teach and clients teach me its a fabulous feeling. I made one fabulous achievement about a year ago and I will never forget it. I started to take care of a client when the client had one amputation , it was sad but we continued to do lots of stuff I had to give encouragement everyday , Then one day the client had to have the other leg removed. At this time the client was so depressed everyday was a struggle but I told the client we can still do what we did before its just going to take a little longer the clients response was," I want to go to Kohl's shopping". I said okay we can do that let me plan it out. Guess what the client went shopping at Kohl's and went to lunch, Where there is a will there is a way. I will never forget that one month later the client passed a way but the client got the shopping trip that was thought to never happen. People told me that I would not be able to do this with this client when I did they said I was one of a kind. I said no I am not I accomplished another good deed for a wonderful person. I have worked as a nursing assistant for 15 years. I have worked for nursing homes , Hospice , and acute care for Margaretville Hospital. I am CPR cert
