Welcoming you with warm wishes. Just wanted to share alittle about me. I'm 34 yrs old. I've worked since age 14yrs. My mom was a single mom raising 3 kids. I enjoyed working hard and I have always been a giving hearted person. I remember I used to get my paychecks an was so excited I was able to but my mom dinner from a days hard of work. I was first introduced to an entry level position in the State of Kansas as a Residential Trainer for people who face physical and mental challenges and I did that for 3 years. It was so rewarding. Very hard work but I have always been very open to learning new things and I enjoy challenges. If we stay in where were comfortable. The you limit yourself from learning and doing what you can to be the hands and feet for Gods kingdom. After doing that for 3 yrs I decided to get my nurses aide license and doing that for so many years has been such a wonderful opportunity. I absolutely love my elders and I AM THE VOICE WHO SPEAKS UP FOR THEM. I believe that there is way too many people shoved in a room with a facility that lacks sufficient staffing to give the residents attention to give them the essentials like a regular bath and hygiene and clothes put on. I've seen too much of the THE BAD AND THE UGLY in institutions and to me that's NO WAY for anyone to live or spend there retirement in. I love talking and sharing stories, praying, I enjoy providing exceptional care to all clients I come in contact. I'm very friendly. My passion in life is people going above and beyond the call of duty. I'm flexible and reliable as I dont have any kids. Just 3 sweet dogs. I was a professional caregiver on and off since 1975. I am compassionate and well trained in caregiving. I enjoy spending time with those I care for and meeting their needs. I enjoy doing something I love and also being able to get paid for it. I have held awards for caregiver of the year from a job and promoted to head supervisor in a nursing home I worked in for many years.

I am going on my third year of college, and my third college as well. I am finishing up my surgical nursing degree at Marion Technical College with a Surgical Technician certification and a phlebotomy certification as well. I have spent time in caring for my grandmother while she was in and out of the hospital, and I will provide compassionate care to those who need. My job as a future nurse is to provide comfort and love to patients varying different health conditions. My ideal job profession in the future is to work in hospice as well. When I was younger, I had a heart disease and my life-long goal is to give back to nurses and patients with 110% passionate and sympathetic care.

I am a very kind and patient caregiver. I love what I do. I go above and beyond to ensure that a person can stay in their home. I understand the importance of being on time, and showing up for the job.

I am a fun and energetic person who loves to get out and see the sights..... I love helping people live the best and most filled life they can. I became a caregiver so I could help people not loose so much of there life as the started to need more help. I am proud of every smile I put on every face because it means that for that day they truly enjoyed there life.

My bubbly personality helps make the patients feel like they're getting care from someone who cares, I strive to be a smiling face for them everyday. I love being a caregiver because it gives me the ability to help where it is needed. Being a care giver gives me opportunities to meet new people and push myself to be better, everyday is a different day ! I take pride in the simple things like making the bed and cleaning the house perfectly, making sure the patient is clean with clean clothes on and smile on they're face .

A little about me! I am a single mom to 2 kids , 5 y.o and 2 y.o. I have been in healthcare for 6 years , I have my STNA license along with my EMT-B certification. I have worked in a long term care facility, also in the hospital environment learning about each speciality . I have taken care of my late grandparents which was 24 hour care , so I personally know how stressful it is to take care of a family member by yourself . I treat each of my patients as if they were my family and give them the best care I can .

I have been in the medical field for over 20 years. I love helping others. I have been an home health aide, a medical assistant and a massage therapist. I have also worked in Retail, Sales and have been in management. I am a mother and a grandmother. I love my family more than anything. I love people and like to get know their stories.

Positive attitude. Willingness to help. Great people skills. Love the feeling of doing something good. One of the most emotionally rewarding jobs. Being the best mommy to my 4 boys!
