What attracted me to be a caregiver is i always wanted to make a difference in ones live and make then happy and help people. Helping my grandfather while he was sick. Really had me motivated . I have been a certified nursing assistant for 17 year,I am cpr certified. I have worked in all aspects of care from dementia to clients with ms in skilled nursing facilities and home health. I realy enjoy my job and the clients and residents i take care of.

Taking care of people has always been what I wanted to do in life. As a child I'd watch my mom leave for work in her "cool" uniform and I couldn't wait to hear about her "friends". I remember thinking I was gonna do that one day. At the age of 15 yrs. I got my 1st job at a nursing home and found that this is exactly what I want to do! I've learned so much through the years just listening to their life stories. I enjoy spending time with them and seeing them smile/happy is the greatest gift I could receive.

I am a very patient, loving/caring individual that wants to help elders around me live their life to the fullest extent. I'm more than happy to help them with whatever task they need and just have deep conversations as well. I have the utmost respect for elders and I believe they should be treated amazingly just as if they were your own close family member. They have so much to teach us. I've always wanted to be in the nursing field and finally 6 years ago I became certified and love the profession more and more each day. I also do housekeeping, give baths/showers, run errands, toileting, dressing, etc. I love the outdoors as well. Most importantly though is your family member(s) will be in great hands if you decide to have me work for you.
