I am a very dependable caregiver and l love my job so much and I like putting smiles on people's faces and make them be happy to and secured.

I am a Devoted caregiver competent in residential homes and in home care. I have resisted in Caregiving for six years. Along with medication Aide for two years. Abounding experience in ministering comfort and care for elderly. Expert knowledge of all care level within caregiver procedure and properly distributing medication. Skillful knowledge of private caregiving practices. Great ability to provide housekeeping and meal preparation.

Caring or care is a special call. Its a responsibility we are given to be with vunerable human beings. Being patient and learning each clients needs. I take time to learn each individual. I cultivate a relationship and try to understand who they are.

I am an outgoing person, I am passionate about many things in life. I became a CNA (certified Nurses Assistant) in 2015 after the passing of my mom in 2011. I truly enjoy taking care of others and helping them out in anyway that I can. I love learning about who my client/patient/resident was before and who they are now. I driven to make sure that I am doing my best and giving my all every single day. Making sure that all needs are met and no task is left undone. I take pride in my work.

One of my greatest qualities of becoming a caregiver was to care as if it was one of your family members and having that connection one on one in creating a bond and Trust and just making the other person feel safe and bring good energy and being positive everyday. Just learning about the person I'm caring for knowing them on another level of trust and being a friend and compassionate person that is going to help them willingly and how you could just turn your day around and making them feel good and better and for yourself as well. Being a team player cuz sometimes it doesn't go the way you would want things to go and you could just improvise and make it work and adapt to whatever situation is going on in having the communication at all times to know that I'm providing a good job in my caregiving experience.

The knowledge of CNA and CMA, Over 10 years and the experience ,makes me a great caregiver. My great personalities are am honest, respectful and empathetic. My job and my personality has always been helping people and particularly old and disabled and helpless. I enjoy helping people who geneunly need help and doing my job professionally Personally I have achieved my goal of helping the helpless. Making them happy with life at their stages. I use the counseling skill to build a respectful job relationship and it works very well

I'm a compassionate, kind and friendly person. I always want to make a difference in someone's life. I took great care of my grandparents and I experience first hand the happiness I felt so I continue working as a caregiver after they passed. I love getting to know and serve a lot of people from different backgrounds. As I help them I also get trained to improve my professional level of service. Lots of accomplishments, all my patients I took care of mostly bedbounds never had a bedsore. And I am proud of that I feel I am doing my job right. Those that refuse eat I have a way of distracting them and engaging with them that makes them forget their worries and eventually do what they refuse to do.
