Hello, I have been working in the healthcare field for 23 years. Am a passionate caring nurse who treats my patients as I want to be treated.

Caregiving has always been a rewarding passion of mine. I'm very passionate about what I do. This means that I'm not only in it for the compensation but I genuinely care for people in need. I work hard to prepare for possible difficulties that my clients might experience and I take the necessary precautions to make things easier. I like building rapport with my clients.

I care about people and I treat people the way I would like to be treated...I decided to become a caregiver after my grandmother on my mom mother pass I didn't like the way she was treated in the hospital alot of the nurses was uncaring....helping people and to let them know that there is someone that does care ...is seeing a smile on my patient face and knowing that I have done my best to make them happy.....

I am a great caregiver because I first learned how to be one by helping my parents and my brother. They had certain disabilities, both physical and mental/psychological, that touched my heart and helped me realize the importance of quality of life to everyone, not just to those who are healthy. Then, I achieved 89 credits towards my BSN (bachelors degree in nursing) and graduated with honors in Surgical Technolgy from Tennessee Technology Center, First Aid at MTSU, and am a licensed CNA and am CPR/BLS certified, and have a Leadership Award from St. Thomas Hospital. I currently work at a hospital as a CNA/PCA and am looking to work part-time to possibly full-time for someone who has the need for home health and/or caregiver needs. I have excellent references and take my work seriously!

My outgoing personality is great for helping motivate my clients. I mostly enjoy the relationships and companionship with the lovely people I take care of, I try to treat every single person as if they were my own family. I became a caregiver to take care of my parents as they aged. Now that they are no longer with me, I want to help others live independently at home.

Hi! I have a passion for working with the elderly because each person has unique characteristics to learn. I enjoy assisting each person any way I can and spreading my positive attitude. My favorite part of caregiving is providing companionship. My strengths are great customer service, strong work ethic, ( on time, alert for time off, complete all work) and professional. I have experience working with persons with dementia, cancer, and depression. I know how to take vitals. I am currently persuing my Associate's degree in Medical Assisting. One wow fact about myself is that I have developed three community programs one of which is called Lost, But God Found. I have 2 children ages 24 and 18 both are working and great with responsibilities. My husband passed in 2016 so I enjoy taking care of people and staying busy.

I am very laid back n bubbly per say personal. I love to make the ones I am caring for happy n all aspects of life. Regardless of the care they may be required. I am a open book listener and live to hear stories of their life for I seem to learn alot of things thru doing so. I've always cared for my family and after losing so many of the people and family it just seemed to me that was my calling in life. So I became a CNA after loosing my mom n dad n grandmother for it was something I really enjoyed doing was caring for the ones whom couldn't care for them selves and making them feel like they still could per say. Let them still have their own dignity n life and be comfortable with the life they was having to live at that time. I really enjoy the most about caregiving and being in the field of nursing the fact that I can help someone in a very tough time in their life no matter the circumstance. I am personally proud of my achievements because I have made some really good friends and all became family per say while caring for their loved ones. And some I still communicate with to this day even after the loss of their loved ones. I have a letter of recommendation from the last family that I cared for during their time of losing their loved one. That means the world to me that I made someone's life alot easier for them during the time of transitioning and all.
