I use to take up for the disable kids while in school and I use to help the elders with taking their grocery bags in the house , help them walk if they had diffculty walking and etc . I've worked as a nurse assistant over 16 yrs caring for disabled, elderly, ill, and mentally challenged clients. I have worked in nursing home, hospital, home care, senior facility, respite care, private duty, direct care service, and hospice care, and trained in massage. I like to challenge myself as a caregiver with promoting new work skills. My time is giving care to others, that cannot do for themselves. My achievement is to see my three children succeed in the life that values them. For myself, to be recognized for my work performance, that's giving to each individual that has been cared for, show appreciation. I believe in helping others that's what encourage me to be a caregiver, started out in California my first job was working at a long term care facility, as a Nurse aide at monte vista care center in Montclair CA where I took my CNA class and got my certificate in august 1991. From then I continuously working as a CNA at different facilities, hospitals, and private homes. I love what I do and with experiences that I have I know I can provide the superb care to my patients, clients, your loved ones.
