I then moved to Houston to care for my Mother in law who was diagnosed with stomach cancer i also provided total care for her on hospice.. Being a caregiver actually fills a part of my life i don't have any more my grand mother.. I really enjoy my job as a caregiver.. I try to provide the best care possible and treat all my patients with respect and tender loving care as i would want my family to be treated ..I have worked in and out of hospitals nursing homes and rehabilitation centers..I can work live in or out am pm evenings and over nights, respite care. dementia, Alzheimer, an ADL's, memory loss, medication, peg tube, companionship, Colostomy, wound care, light house cleaning, meal prep. hands on care . I've been a caregiver for more than 30 years. I care about people and I feel like God has given me a gift. I love to talk so I pretty much can get a patient to try must things that a family member can't get them to to to. I love to read and interact with them if it's just a game cards.

I'm a very sweet and engaged care giver. I get satisfaction in knowing that my clients are taken care of theway that they want to be, also in the way that is right and has to be in order for my client to be comfortable . I was a licensed cna, I left this field of work for awhile so I no longer have my license. I have had almost years of experience with caregiving. My main focus is to make sure my clients have what they need and are first and foremost comfortable and stress free, as I will be the one to handle anything needed of me.

I love working in healthcare and helping clients. I am very passionate and loyal and responsible. I show up to work as much as needed. I am very respectful calm and patient. I have been a caregiver for about nine years. I love making someone's day or just helping any way I can.

I enjoy being a caregiver. It's a very rewarding experience. I love to help out the elderly and make their lives more manageable to complete tasks that they are unable to complete by their selves.

First and foremost you must understand this is just not any job. This is someone's family member. I very much enjoy working with older people they still have much to offer the younger generation. My first visit was with an neighbour. She would let me take out her trash weekly from then on it progressed. Since then I have been in and out the field for 20 years. Became a Medical Assistant was not the same no one on one personal care so I did not stay in the field. Giving the best part of me to my clients.

Careing giving loving. What attracted me was I have always wanted to be a nurse and help people when they needed it. I enjoy being able to give them what ever I can and the feeling I get knowing that I did help them, Being a loving and careing Healthcare worker.

Becoming a caregiver give me a useful purpose helping someone that need me to be giving careing and loving toward them let them know that you care and it not just a job be happy friendly.
