I have worked as a caregiver in homes, nursing homes and hospice care for over 20+ years. I love helping people and treating people as I would want someone to treat my own loved ones. I understand that getting old is also a form of losing your Independence. I like to let the patients do as much as they can and help them where I am needed.

I have been a nurse for over 30 years and was a nursing home nurse so I have patience and experience with with many levels of care. I have five years prior experience as a CNA and have worked in both a hospital environment and also a handful of Long Term Care facilities. I was a travel CNA my last two years of work so I got to travel many different places locally to help with care in my area! I take great pride in my work as a caregiver and think that every person should be treated like family. I took a short break from healthcare and ventured out only to realize that this is my true calling! I love caring for people, its so rewarding for me!!!

About Me, I have been a caregiver for over 15 years, first in a nursing home in my home town of Hillsboro, TX.. I worked as a CNA and also the Business Office for 10 years in the same facility. Then I tried Hospice care for about a year. Then I was a private sitter for a year and a half to an eldery woman. I have a passion for taking care of others who need it! And will take care of my patients to the best of my ability.

I worked at a CNA since I was 16 years old. I have been around the medical field. Caring for elderly and dementia patients for at least thirthere's. I have set as a volunteer with hospice friends. And for the present company that I work for. I'm a very dedicated employee that loves to take care of her patients and once they become my patients, I become very. I'm not saying I love what I'll do and I'm very good at it. How are the people interrupting me can happen and I love to move around especially once I don't have much family Overprotective and overprotective of them. I am very observant. I know how to be cautious and what I do I mean. Giving their medicines reminding them, helping them 1 day. Forget things helping them even to exercise. When I don't even have to PT. I become very hands-on with their family. So they can trust me and the client can trust me as well. I don't do this just for a paycheck. I do this because I love what I do and love giving back to people that need our help. I'm very compassionate and what I do.. Just reinsuring the family that they can count on me. And knowing that they can be at ease when they leave. Their loved ones with me is my reward I feel.

I became a caregiver back in 2016 when I found out my grandpa had severe cancer and had a year to live I was his caregiver and also worked as an caregiver one of the main reasons I became a caregiver was because I loved helping the elderly feel loved and noticeable in there last days I always made my job fun for any of my clients.
