I am a Prime Factor caregiver Seeing the need of another and providing the care in which a client need. I have over 20years experience with a sense of empathy, patience, attentiveness very respectable. I am also honest, trustworthy, very dependable, reliable, compassionate, and have a Realistic outlook on caring for the elderly. I love working with the elderly my main goal in this field is to treat my clients like I would like to be treated. My specialty is Alzheimer's/Dementia I am very experience with a lift and bathing , observe medication dispense, and very good with meal preparation, I also engage and encourage daily activities, and follow the care plan. I also provide light house cleaning, provide companionship to clients needs, I also maintain a safe,clean and healthy environment. What attracted me to this field as a young girl I was raised by my grandparents and my grandfather had a major stroke and he had to learn everything all over and @ the age of 12 I told him we would get threw this so I told my grandmother to schedule every therapy after school in which she did so everything they did I wrote down and practice with him the days and weekends they did not come and also speech therapy so this what got me into care giving. I took care of him as well as my grandmother so to me this is why things comes so natural for me in this area of work. If you would like references I can provide during interview.

The traits that help me to become a great caregiver is to be compassionate, loving, dependable, and trustworthy. Things that attracted me to be a caregiver is I enjoy talking with elder people and more so because I was the helping hand for my grandmother before her passing. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is the one on one conversations I have with my patient speaking on past life and obstacles they went through in life and how they survived. My personal achievement is I was able to nurse one of past patients back to health in the length of 3 wks to a month

I started this professional career in 2009 after my dad had a stroke and of course I wanted to step in and take care of him. I realized after he passed away that this was my calling. I am caring, compassionate, confident and exude enthusiasm as well as personality plus!! I'm an excellent caregiver because I love what I do and I strive to always be the best in whatever I'm doing. My greatest personal achievement's have been raising 2 beautiful daughters as a single mom. The other would be going back to school and achieving my CNA & Phlebotomist license. I love being a voice for the elderly when they don't have one and love taking care of them as if they we're my own parents or grandparents. 1. I'm a vary patience and compassionate with what each client is going through. I myself have been in situations to place me in a position to have 24hr care. Having respect as well as empathy helps makes everyone feel comfortable and secure with a new face in the comfort of their home. 2. It's vary rewarding helping someone who is unable to fully care for him/herself, Just making people's lives easier. As a young child I myself was sick so I watched just how much time and love my mother and father showed made me realize I too shared the gift of helping those in need. 3. Recovering from a 15 ft fall that I was told I would never be able to walk the same, do the job I did before nor the activities I onced loved, I loved myself back to health. I have been in the healthcare field over nine years. I am currently going to school now for my CNA... I lobes being a Caregiver. It's where my heart and passion at. Hello! I'm Lilly, I found my love for caregiving at a young age. My closest friend and mentor was paralegic. I saw how it affected everything in her life and I learned how important it was for her to receive the proper care. My hope is that I can do the same for others too.
