If I have any kind of developmental disability or I have become aged, weak or sick and need support, what sort of person would I like to take care of me? That is the kind of person I am. I have a lot of compassion and Love to offer. I'm patient and kind; I would do anything to make sure that the person I'm taking care of is comfortable and happy. I will make sure that they never lack what they need from me as their CNA. I believe in following rules and regulations that are laid out for me without any fail. I always admit when I'm wrong and I will always be accountable for it. I'm a caregiver.

Turning or moving patients. Gathering medical supplies. Bathing patients. Grooming patients by brushing their hair, teeth, shaving them, etc. Feeding patients and documenting their food and liquid intake. Checking vital signs such as blood pressure and heart rate. Answering patient calls.

Hi I'm Ateka, I've been a caregiver for 12 years. Working as a caregiver is very fulfilling as I enjoy seeing my clients happy and healthy. I believe that you should always take care of those who can't help themselves. In my country of Ethiopia I took care of senior citizens. We believe that the elderly should never suffer nor go into Nursing Homes to be alone. My hope is one day all people who need assistance will be able to get the quality care they need and deserve.

Born and raised in Johannesburg South Africa. Graduated my BS Biology (premed) in 2021 from Southern Utah University. I have been caregiving for about 3 years. Caregiving has been a rewarding experience because I get to know clients while making a positive impact in their lives . Fun Fact: outside of my academic life, I run a non profit organisation in 2 countries that deals with healthcare accessibility for women and children in rural areas. My work with my non profit got me listed as one of the Top 200 young leaders in my country in 2020. I look forward to meeting clients and doing my best to ensure that they are happy and comfortable!

I love having great conversations and am friendly as well. I love what I do, which is taking care of someone and being caring in what I do. Making clients feels loved and happy. Just love being around elderly because they know a lot that I can learn from. I can do Medical management, transportation , home cook meal, light house keeping or just being a companion.

I have great passion working with seniors and people who need help as well. Have developed and it has been my interest to not only work with elders and others but also to fellowship with them as well. I found it interesting and lovely especially when they tell those old stories and their words of wisdom great asset.

I believe am a good caregiver with my empathy and compassion. By showing both empathy and compassion makes me feel the person am caring for know that i care about and want to do what i can to help them. I am patient, quality of work , dependability, flexible, and i believe i give good report. Am also a happy and smiley person.
