If I have any kind of developmental disability or I have become aged, weak or sick and need support, what sort of person would I like to take care of me? That is the kind of person I am. I have a lot of compassion and Love to offer. I'm patient and kind; I would do anything to make sure that the person I'm taking care of is comfortable and happy. I will make sure that they never lack what they need from me as their CNA. I believe in following rules and regulations that are laid out for me without any fail. I am Tenjin Tamang from Nepal with a calming, positive influence. I have 9 years of caregiving experience. I have completed 2 years of Hotel management at Siddhartha Vanasthali institute 2012. While i was in collage, i lived with my grandmother and took care of her, which made me became caregiver. I have worked for Mirabella 5 years and also working on call at university house of wallingford , I really enjoyed my work being caregiver. Makes me happy being able to help.

I love having great conversations and am friendly as well. I love what I do, which is taking care of someone and being caring in what I do. Making clients feels loved and happy. Just love being around elderly because they know a lot that I can learn from. I can do Medical management, transportation , home cook meal, light house keeping or just being a companion.

I am a very outgoing person in a comfortable surrounding. Very patient and loving. I have a gift of smile. I give it out freely as it makes people around me happy. This I have been told by my friends and people whom I have interacted with in one way or the other. My heart gets joy in giving help where needed. As a care giver, I get to meet different people and learn a diverse lot's of things. I keep learning as I keep meeting new people.

I genuinely care about other people regardless differences and challenging characteristics; I don’t judge people and give them their privacy as well as take care of them with the best care and to their liking and comfort needs. I make sure things are done right and don’t take shortcuts, I’m honest, loyal, and compassionate towards other people. Why did you become a caregiver? I became a caregiver because I realized I listened to peoples needs and wanted to help improve the quality of their lives. I’m good at taking orders and encouraging people to do their best, to bring the best in them out. What do you like about being a caregiver? I enjoy when someone is content with the quality care I provide them. I enjoy taking people’s health into my hands and being successful, by keeping them at their optimal health.
