I have been in many setting witch includes an adult family home where I cooked,cleaned,bathed,and did medication administrations along with patient adls with 6 residents to myself for 12 hours a day. Ive also worked at rehabilitation facilities,assisted living as a med tech. My favorite thing about what i do is knowing that i play a special part in someone's life who can no longer take of themselves and i get the privilege to do so and having the trust of it being all in my hands. Im very proud of myself for sticking with being a caregiver and getting all the diffrent trainings i have and experience i have gotten from it.

I love helping people, my heart is all in when I'm caring for my clients/patients. I can build strong relationships with the harder to care for clients, troubleshoot how to care for dementia/alzheimer patients rather quickly like for an example we had a dementia patient that had not had his teeth brushed in 6 months. I worked with his wife to get him a toothbrush and toothpaste that he used at home, he finally let us help do dental hygiene.
