Hello my name is Laticia jones! I've been a caregiver over 10 yrs and for several different companies! I also worked in nursing homes! I currently work in a school setting with kids with disabilities! I help feed, change, assist with toileting, help with homework and etc!

My personality traits or expertise that helps me be a great caregiver? I'm very patient when it comes to my residents I feel like being patient should almost be a requirement and understanding them as well. Although it's important for a caregiver to have stellar time management skills, it may be more important to display appropriate body language when you visit. What do you enjoy most about being a caregiver ? Spending time with someone grandma or grandpa getting to know them and just bonding with them like they're one of my own grandparents. What is a personal achievement you are proud of ? I am proud of myself for being so determined and never giving up always doing my best at whatever job I have and giving it my all so I should say one of my personal achievements is my work ethic .

I am young male looking for work. I am reliable, I have transportation, I have a open schedule. I have major experience in multiple fields (cashier,factory,health care, restaurants, retail stores, security, and call centers). I have the ability to read, write, and spell. I can speak and comprehend the proper aspects and fluently define a complete undering of the language english. I bring to the job of whom employs the diversity of grouping, the dignity, the experience, accountability, great customer service and variety of other skills.

What makes me a great caregiver is my motivation and dedication towards my passion. I'm very engaging, I'm always the leader of the group, I can build relationships with residents, family, and coworkers and understand them on a mental/emotional level. When I was younger my abuelo ( grandpa ) was in the ICU and I always seen the RN's do their job and was so interested... the rest is history! A personal achievement I'm proud of is finishing my CNA course I'm one step away from getting my CNA license!

Starting off being a caregiver/pcw for my grandparents who are now deceased is what attracted me to being a caregiver. I enjoy my patients/residents the most being able to meet new and help new people everyday is loving to me , it's a purpose for me . I'm 23 years old , I'm in college , and I'm looking to take care of a loved one and create a bond . what makes me a great caregiver is that I'm attentive and responds to situations in a timely manner. I'm patient, and understand that people especially elderly needs constant care and attention. It's the caregiver's job, therefore, to be attuned to those needs even if the patient doesn't or is unable to communicate them. I enjoy working with people and most enjoy jobs where you have one-on-one interaction with others. Also taking care of elder family members and would like to help others in this way. I like older adults and feel i can get along well with them. What I enjoy most is Making a Difference in Someone's Life, Love building Cherished Memories, Learning from Senior Family Members , and value Companionship and Building Their Skills. I am an easy outgoing person who loves to help others. My parents and grandparents are what motivated me to help those in need. I am currently enrolled in school to become a Nurse.

I became a caregiver(cna) because ive always had a desire to help people. I love seeing smiles on the persons face after youve helped them, and the warm feeling you get when you get attached to them. I have achieved being the first in my family to graduate high school and pursue a career in the medical field. I plan to continue my career in the medical field as long as it sticks around ultimately becoming a nurse.

I became a caregiver because of my grandmother, and the care I assisted her with. She inspired my to help and show love to others that may be in her situation or something similar. I love helping others and making a positive impact on their lives.
