I'm looking for a part-time position in the Appleton/Menasha/Neenah area. I am CBRF and med certified, I am stated certified for CNA but not federally. I have a drivers license and insurance so no issues there. Am willing to travel reasonable distance. Looking for minimum pay starting at $16.

I have a special needs child and I had to find unique ways to entertain her, different ways to get up up and moving around, dressed. Whatever I am faced with I am able to come up with ways to satisfy each unique client.

I love being a CNA. Have worked as a CNA for 16 yrs. In nursing homes. Adult living facilities. In home care. And privately for family member. In home care is the most awarding for me because I believe everyone should be able to be in there homes as long as possible.

Hello! I'm Amber! I'm 38 years young and have 2 boys my oldest is 16 and my youngest is my special guardian angel. My inspiration to be a caregiver was my family. At the age of 38 my dad had the Widow Maker heart attack. At that point, not knowing if my dad was going to survive is when I realized being in the medical field is where I was meant to be. After my dad got better, my grandma started showing signs of Alzheimer's and Dementia. A very short time later she passed. This was a very difficult time but it was also when being a caregiver made the most sense. In 2016 I attended Fox Valley Technical College and started CNA classes. Along with my CNA I also have all of my CBRF certifications and medication administration. As of January 2022 I'm back at FVTC to further my medical career studying for my Certified Medical Assistant and in the summer I'll be adding EMT-Basic as well! I am truly blessed to have my amazing fiance and my family as my support system and personal cheer squad! I love what I do and I look forward to the next chapter in the book of Me!

I am a very caring and compassionate person. I love making people feel valued and respected. All to often family members leave their loved ones in a nursing home and never look back. I feel it important to spend your last year's of life 2ith a purpose and value. I specialize in hospice care and I have training in all spectrums of care from mild to severe. I have dementia training. My primary goal is to leave a person feeling value and appreciation. I always love to hear someone's life story I feel they become part of me and my hope is they can live on through me in some way.

I became a Certified Nursing Assistant because I have always wanted to go into the medical field. When starting the program I realized is that I cared for people and they cared for me as well. I engage with every person that I take care of as if it were myself or family member, making sure that all their needs and the needs of the family are taken care of and they are happy and feel a sense of relief and comfort when they have the right person as a caregiver. I enjoy every aspect of being a caregiver but what I personally enjoy is making them happy, talkative, peaceful and special. I just don't take care of their main cares I take care of the person and what is meaningful to them. A personal achievement that I have had is continuing on for over 7 years as a CNA and finishing school soon as a RN. I am a very outgoing, happy, get what needs to be done diligently and timley, while still making sure that the people I am around are content and happy with the environment and my company as well. I enjoy getting to know people and their experiences and allowing them to blossom under the correct care. I take pride in my work, go the extra mile and still make time to have a good healthy family life as well.
