Hi I want to take a little bit about me I'm am 41 year old a mother with one daughter she is 20 I'm a certified CNA also CBRF train been working in this field for 14years Nursing Homes, Supported living, Assisted living, personal care I work went all type of people young and the Elder also with disability and behavior problems I got in this feel because I like helping people we all get older things happen to people we don't know why treat people the way you want to be treated with love kindness understand as a mother I understand how to be a parent allso as a sister and auntie love you have for your loved ones is so endearing also so important have a person would help take care of your loved ones who understand so if I'm saying I'm a good candidate yes have some years experience Ben in different situation. Do I know everything no do I know a lot yes is I'm still learning yes nice loving caring and tell the truth that's my model.

Patience and flexibility are qualities that every person in the caregiving industry must possess. There'll be many hurdles along the way-the patient is being stubborn and uncooperative, the schedule doesn't go as planned, or difficult situations arise. A caregiver who is very rigid will find it challenging to deal with these circumstances in a positive way.

I have been in the health care field for over 10 years I started taking care of my mother before she passed in 2015 and just wanted to stay In the field. I enjoy putting a smile on my clients face. I am proud that I chose to get my cna and my cbrf.

I'm very patient when it comes to my residents I feel like being patient should almost be a requirement and understanding them as well. Although it's important for a caregiver to have stellar time management skills, it may be more important to display appropriate body language when you visit. What do you enjoy most about being a caregiver ? Spending time with someone grandma or grandpa getting to know them and just bonding with them like they're one of my own grandparents.
