My personality traits or expertise that helps me be a great caregiver? I'm very patient when it comes to my residents I feel like being patient should almost be a requirement and understanding them as well. Although it's important for a caregiver to have stellar time management skills, it may be more important to display appropriate body language when you visit. What do you enjoy most about being a caregiver ? Spending time with someone grandma or grandpa getting to know them and just bonding with them like they're one of my own grandparents. What is a personal achievement you are proud of ? I am proud of myself for being so determined and never giving up always doing my best at whatever job I have and giving it my all so I should say one of my personal achievements is my work ethic .

I'm very compassionate and very patient and I believe those are the best traits to have within this line of work. I've always wanted to become a caregiver because of my mother. Just growing up watching her influenced me. Building relationships with my clients influences me the most because I love knowing I'm providing a service that many may need & that they are thankful for.
