Hello, my name is Anna and I have been a caregiver going on 4 years now. I have always enjoyed taking care of people as I had to take care of my mother from a young age. I love seeing people happy and will go out of my way to assure that they are. I got my first on the books job at 15 and was able to graduate a year and a half early. I am originally from California and have relocated out here 8 months ago on my own and have chose to proceed in this field as it's what I love to do.

I love to work. I took care of my grandparents one had cancer and the other was handicapped and had dementia.

I am a caregiver at heart. I love to help others and give back. I have worked in many types of caregiving from young children with disabilities to elderly. I am proud to say many families has loved me as much as I love them.

Hi, I am a hard working and compassionate person inside and outside of my job. I would like to take a brief moment and explain what drove me to be a caregiver. When I was 16 my grandfather was diagnosed with Stage 4 Colon Cancer. I took care of his needs each day until his final day. I realized that I wanted to help other people who were similar to my grandfather. Although this is bitter sweet, I began working as a CNA in December of 2019 and haven't stopped. I enjoy the aspect of giving people the care they need as well as supporting their family emotionally. I like to ensure that I do my job fully and to the best of my ability. I have worked in long term care facilities as well as working independently doing 1x1 home visits. I would love to take care of your loved ones!

I became a caregiver in 2005 not sure of what this job as in store for me. I started the CNA job just so I could get a job anywhere I go. Not knowing that I would meet some wonderful people a long the way. From my residents to my co-workers I have learned that being a caregiver is what I like best about my life. I love taking care of the elderly, they have shown me a lot through the years, I have had some really great people stay with while they have departed the earth. I like to see my residents do a lot of things on their own, with little to no help. To keep their independency, because not only will they tell you that they can do it on their own, they will do things on their own inspite of what you say. I like to think that my residents are my on family, in time they do become my family. The elderly that I have taken care of have made me who I am today. Not only am I their for them I am also there for their family as well, to give them a peace of mind to ensure them they are getting good quality care from me.

* I ama very outgoing and understanding person. * I have always loved taking care of other people and I took care of my grandpa until he passed away. * I enjoy meeting new people and getting to know my clients and there family and friends. * I have never been fired by a client and I have never stolen anything from my clients. I do not take gifts or anything from my clients. If they hand my there debit card to go to the store I always have them make a list and I get a receipt for what I picked up.

I appreciate the wonderful stories of a time that has almost been forgotten. I love my job because you are always appreciated. Rarely do you work where you can make a difference as you can by helping others . It isn't really a job to me and I love my patients as if they were my family. I have been fortunate to stay with all my patients to the end --this could be helping them transition to a nursing home or when they go home to the Lord . It has been blessing to work with such wonderful families.
