I became a caregiver cause I like to make a difference in lives of others. The most I enjoy about being a caregiver is that I gain a new family, there's nothing like listening to your client tell you about some childhood memories. Im upbeat, energetic, silly by nature, understanding and compassionate. I can be a strong leader and motivate others but I tend to do it through a combination of reason meets humour. I love the outdoors and love helping others stay independent. I know what its like to be on the recieving side of care so it really means a lot to me to preserve dignity and be a friend to my clients. I have extensive experience and training, am prompt and dependable. I am a problem solver and athough my demeanor is best described as silly, I am a professional and conduct myself as such. Humour is just a great way to connect and lighten the mood when things are otherwise difficult. I am proud of a great many accomplishments throughout my career, my greatest achievment is my ability to help someone go from being about to be placed into a long term care facility, to being completely able to function on their own without me. A little know how, hard work, time, and TLC can go a long way to restoring independence.

I have been a CNA for almost 15 yrs. I have experience in every area. I've worked in hospitals, long term care facilities, home health, hospice and I've worked with every age. I love taking care of people more than anything. It is truly my calling and I'm extremely compassionate about it. I am honest, trustworthy, and kind. I always try to make my patients smile.

My interest in becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) was sparked by my great-great-great grandmother. Watching her journey and providing care during her transition was a profound experience. I derive immense satisfaction from emotionally and physically supporting my clients, treating them as if they were my own family. My proudest professional accomplishment is obtaining my CNA certification, allowing me to assist families during their most sensitive moments.

Hello, My Name Is Raven Hill I have been working as a PCA for 12yrs I do bathing, medicine reminder, wheelchair, cooking, housekeeping, etc. I've been taking care of clients for 12yrs also I love helping my elderly they are very important they mean everything to me, being around my clients, just talking to the clients etc.
