As far as I can remember, I wanted to have a nursing career. After seeing my Grandmother battle cancer from the age of 10, I became increasingly nurturing and protective of her as time went on. Being a caregiver comes naturally, I cared for and provided home care and assistant hospice care for my Grandmother with Alzheimer's and my Grandfather with Metastatic Cancer until their passing. The things that I love about being a Caregiver is making clients comfortable, happy and confident that they are properly being cared for. Smiles..... I love smiles! A personal achievement that I am proud of is the Medical knowledge that I have gained and continue to gain throughout the years either in a clinical or home care setting. I am able to create a special relationship with my clients focusing on their likes and dislikes, creativities, passions and also speaking in a way that each individual client responds to.
