Hello, I would love to speak more about the position. I have experience as a caregiver. My grandfather spent his last years living with me. He suffered from serious memory issues/health conditions and needed a full time caregiver, so I am very familiar with that struggle of needing 24/7 care. I am incredibly patient, reliable and find joy in helping others. I am CPR and First Aid Certified. I have a degree in microbiology and maintaining a healthy environment is of significant priority. I've worked as a patient care technician in a hospital setting for the past decade. I've also had my CNA from the Arizona State Board of Nursing since 2006 and recently renewed as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA). I can provide license number upon request. In addition, I also maintain a current Heart Saver's CPR and BLS for healthcare providers certification.

I am a reliable private duty, non-medical Caregiver with ten years of experience. I am knowledgeable on handling a variety of job duties, responsibilities, and situations with compassion, empathy, and respect. I provide assistance to individuals in their own homes as a result of the difficulties of aging, sickness and afflictions, such as cancer, dementia, Alzheimer's, diabetes, hypertension, Macular Degeneration, etc. as well as clients recovering from hospitalization/surgery. I am adept at developing a strong rapport with clients and their families, companionship, communication, assist with hygiene, incontinence, bathing, shaving, dressing, exercising, meal preparation, medicine reminders, and the maintenance of a household.
