I have experience taking care of my son with autism who is 13 and i took care of my grandmother with dementia for 2yrs. Before she passed away. I've been working as caregiver for around 6 years now .. few years in board and care and now doing 1 on 1. I became a caregiver out of a suggestion of a Job Coach. I worked with animals but not people but enjoy helping people everyday. Is fun to enjoy life with them and help have a more meaningful life. I feel I listen and my observations for safety are my strengths.
