I am a caring compassionate person who loves to see and create happiness. I understand the frustration and limitation sometimes life brings upon us and am always willing to help to make things easier and a bit more tolerable when possible. I feel everyone should have companions by their side or near. I also understand in giving space when needed, though keeping a watchful eye for safety. I enjoy being able to help in any way possible. Hello My name is lorie. I have been a care provider my whole adult life. I enjoy helping and caring for others when they cannot do it for themselves it not only helps the patient but also the family. It is stressful to take care of a loved one and have day to day challenges for yourself and I see that in many families I myself have been in that situation and it's such a blessing to have someone that you can count on and trust to come in and take care of your loved. Even if it's for companionship while you can go take care of errands Or just to have a little R and R for yourself we all need that once in a while. I'm well experienced in my field I know how to do vital signs check blood sugars if needed remind patients to take medications and/or help pour medications out on a daily basis I know How to give bed baths and/or assist the patient to a shower or bathtub with safety in mind at all times I work with patients to their abilities. I let them do as much as they can for themselves then I am there to assist. Also CPR certified.

I am compassionate and kind and have a pretty good sense of humor. Cared for my mother for a year. Realized how important elder care was.. I enjoy the personal relationship and happiness I can bring someone. Personal achievement? Years of horse back riding experience.

I've always been a likable person especially by the elderly, and the children. I'm honest and reliable. Am there to encourage and help them reach these goals however large or small they may be. My ability to do these things were achieved through the experience and knowledge gained in nursing school and working in a skilled nursing facility. I am a licensed Home Care Aid and received my CNA certificate and graduated from Nursing Assistant Training Academy in Fresno, CA. Also Red Cross trained in CPR.
