I grew up helping seniors I knew and have always loved doing so. I love being needed and feeling like I am making their life better, happier, healthier. I am an empathic soul and have compassion for people hurting or needing help. My personal achievements that I am proud of are my certifications within and around natural holistic modalities as Reiki, acuppressure ,aromatherapy,quantum frequency healing and behavioral health/ depression /panic attacks.
