Ive worked as a Caregiver in Assisted Living Facility, Home Health Aide for a Home Care Agency, an Assisted House Supervisor in A Group Home for disabled individuals, and as a Patient Appointment Service Specialist for a local hospital. I believe my most useful qualities in this role are patience and kindness. In my role as a caregiver in a group home for the elderly, I was frequently the only attending caregiver on my floor for evening shift. I had one gentleman who would always buzz me to attend to him, but because he was experiencing memory loss and dementia, when I arrived he would forget he just buzzed me for the same thing. I always showed him kindness and patience, and as a result, he requested me as his caregiver when he left the group home to live with a family member.

I became highly interested in the health care field because I knew I could make a positive difference in people's lives. I am great people's person that is well outspoken. My work stands out from others and certainly speaks for itself. I have plenty of experience, working at Johns Hopkins Hospital in the Emergency department. Currently have my CNA, GNA, & PCT. Not only will I get the job done but I always exceed my expectations. I strive for perfection at ALL times, no exceptions at all. Always willing to go that extra mile to satisfy my patient. I am fast paced as well as a quick learner, and always on time or earlier for work. I am a very positive person with a goal in my life that will be achieved.
