I have been taking care of my parents since September of 2020 doing in home care for my parents. I have experience teaching exercise class since 1999 in gentle stretching and Yoga/Pilates. It has been a great experience giving them aid in their last years of life. I have a BLS CPR certification that is valid until 9/2021. It has been a very rewarding experience being with them during their final years and taking on their care of them and make them smile.
