Hello! I love working one-on-one with seniors and have a great deal of experience working with the geriatric population in the healthcare setting. I understand the needs of older people. I thoroughly enjoy engaging with seniors and learning about their life stories and helping them reach their full potential. I decided to become a caregiver because i am very compassionate and eager to help people especially those who need direct care. i also enjoy working with older population and what i enjoy the most is knowing that i make someone happy everyday by helping with activities of daily living. my personal achievement is graduating college. i am very easy to work it , very positive about life and i am a very fast learner.

I've been a Licensed CNA for 4 in a half years. I've worked in nursing homes assisted livings hospitals and mental/substance abuse units. I am a very patient and optimistic person. I believe everyone has the right to live their lives the best way that they can irrespective of their condition. I am a compassionate person and that is what got me into the caregiver field in the first place. I cared for my loved one when he was recovering from surgery and since then I have caring for people especially seniors because they do not have the ability to do most things that they could not do when they were younger. I like to see people smiling and happy and that is what I enjoy most about being a caregiver, the ability to put a smile on someone's face. I do not see the disability but I see the ability hidden. I let people know that you can create sunshine even when it is wet and rainy and dark.
