Hello! As you can see my name is Amy, I am of mom of two little girls and we just recently moved out here to the Bloomington area. I started working with patients in 2015 and completely fell in love with taking care of others. I have never worked a job where healthcare wasn't involved. I have experience with dementia patients and enjoy helping others which is why I chose a career in Home health. From experience I know how hard it can be to watch a family members health fade and When you have limited time to be there for them it is that much more difficult. This is what I am here for. What makes me a great caregiver is that I enjoy helping the elderly and I've been a CNA for the last 4 years and I also do home health care also. I've worked in nursing homes where there was many of residents that needed help with ADLs.

I am a very caring person and have 3 years of experience with adult care. I have loved the experience and knowledge it has granted me. I wanted to do this job after my grandma became very ill in 2013 she had a lot of nurses and HHA's coming in to see her and I always looked at them as hero's for taking care of my grandma.
