I got my start into Healthcare in 2011. I obtained my CNA and worked in a nursing facility until 2015 when I made the switch to home health care. I'm very empathetic, bubbly, talkative. My name is Tamara and I've been in the medical field for about 25 years and I love what I do. I always trying to make people day better just by a simple smile or just being there to listen. People who need care often take longer to complete simple tasks, patience and compassion can go a long way when it comes to helping anyone complete any task. I'm very dependable, detail oriented, self started and just love to make everyone feel comfortable and like family.

I have a great personality. I am very dependable, patient, pay attention to detail. Taking care of family members attracted me to wanting to be a caregiver. What i enjoy most about caregiving is i like taking care of others, especially the one's that can't do it on their own or need some assistance. I am a mother of 2, I also just adopted my foster daughter and my 5 month old grandson . I'm a DSP worker for the state . I work with adults and children with disabilities. We go bowling , drive in movies and freeman lake for family time .I'm a busy woman but with the right clients and constant schedule I'm able to take care of myself family and clients. I always been a caregiver since I was two , I'm the oldest of 7. My over all goal is to open a residential agency . I became a private caregiver due to previous experience, such as working as a CNA in the past , some rewarding but working as a CNA under others I come to realize that other providers may not have the same passion as you and is only there to receive a check . I'm more passionate due to be being raised in the foster care system

I'm really good talking to people and helping them out with the best solutions their is . I'm friendly and outgoing . What attracted me to become an caregiver is when my aunt passed... she didn't have the in home care help that she needed. That situation wanted me to help seniors or anyone that's in need of help . The most part I enjoy of caregiving is making my client laugh and smile . I want them to feel loved as much as I would like to feel loved . Some of my personal traits and being a caregiver is my love for the job. I have always love to help people regardless of the situation and there is a shortage on good people and honest people. What attracted me to being a caregiver was my great grandmother and my mom.
