I love taking care of people no matter who they are. I've been in the medical field for 16 years. I'm a fun a loving individual. I love to laugh and talk but I also take pride in my work. When my grams and grandpa got sick I was about 6 and I use to help take care of them. I knew then that I wanted to be a caregiver. I enjoy most about being a craegiver is the loving and caring part. I get to know peole and they get to know me. They allow me to take care of them and welcome me as a part of their family because of the trust that I present to them. I'm proud that I'm attending school to get my RN licenses. I've always wanted to become a nurse there isn't or wasn't a doubt in my mind that I wanted to be anything else.

I am a very fast learner, very organized, reliable, hard-working, have good transportation, and always strive to perform my very best at any job I do. My most most personal achievement as being a caregiver/RN in the home health care environment is the one time I felt I really helped a client out with her disability. I had a client a few years ago that had been unable to leave her home due to the fact that she didn't have a wheelchair ramp attached to her home. She was unable to go down her front steps for about 3 years due to her arthritis in her legs. Thru lots of research, I was finally able to find a traveling church group that would donate their time helping clients in need by building them home improvements to help them. I was able to get up with them to have them come to her home and build her a wheelchair ramp. I was so happy for her, that we both cried. That was one of my best days on the job!

I got into care giving back in 2012-2014 my grandfather had cancer and that was my very first experience I decided to give it try again but this time with a non related client I loved it. * I'm a very caring and loving person and I'm all about helping someone feel and look their best. * When my grandma was very il it made me happy knowing I was there for her, helping her, and caring for her in her last moments so she wouldn't be alone. I wanted her to feel loved and cared for. * I definitely enjoy seeing someone's attitude and overall health change to a much more positive one. I love knowing that I can be there for someone's weakest moments and little by little help them through that with smiles and excellent care. * I've recently acquired a cosmetology license and that is something I'm very proud of.

I enjoy working with people and most enjoy jobs where you have one-on-one interaction with others. I also enjoyed taking care of elder family members and would like to help others in this way. I have patience when it come to my patients. I maintain a confident attitude at all time. I am very supportive and trustworthy.
