I have worked in a caregiver role as a Social Worker for the elderly for 27+ years. I have previous experience as a caregiver in a home environment as well as in an adult foster care and assisted living setting. I worked in the emergency room of a hospital for 5+ years as an aide. I worked as an EMT for 15+ years for 3 different ambulance services. So, quite extensive experience working with people.

Hello I'm Carelle and I'd be delighted to work with you. I love helping people and give them a sense of dignity. My passion and love for care giving came from my uncle. He had an accident and was tetraplegic. He couldn't do the simplest task he used to do like brushing his teeth or grooming his beard or even eat. It was really difficult for him in the beginning and we had to step in and help him adjust through the new phase of his life. Through adequate care, listening to him and making sure he felt loved, valued and worthy despite his situation, we created an environment in which he could still feel he mattered. And for that I'm proud. And these are the same values that I apply when I work.

My grandmother inspire me to be a caregiver before her passing i always would help her around her house everyday. I consider myself to be a neutering human being, I have great care giver qualities that allow me to connect with my patients on a deeper level. This gives them something to look forward to doing daily activities that were once boring into something enjoyable with me. When i was still in high school, I was really intrigued by phycology. I did allot of research on the human brain and how the human mind works and the human differences within perspectives from an healthy mind to an and mentally Ill mind. This allowed me to understand everyone around me and brought allot of peace within me knowing why humans acted the way they did. I then knew I wanted to be a caregiver with everyone around me who had any type of mental illness. I enjoy being the light of a human being who doesn't see any light due to the circumstances in which they live in. A personal achievement I am proud of, is getting through allot of stages in my life in which I felt lost and down. and guiding myself through these difficulties in life. I am also proud of the woman I am becoming and I am proud to say I know what I want out of this life and I am proud to say I find a purpose in everything my life journey brings me.
