Hello, My name is Marcia Taylor. Just a little update about myself. I'm 44 years old, I love being a caregiver. It makes me feel great when I can brighten their day, make them understand that they do matter and I'm always their to protect and take care of them. I have family that I take care and I have a caregiver for them as well. So I like to make sure I feel comfortable with them as well as they feel comfortable, trustworthy with me as well. I enjoy preparing meals, reminding them of their meds, taking them to run errands or I will do it if they don't feel like it. But more than anything, I would like them to feel safe with me, I'm their for their needs, and companionship as well. I love to talk and let them know just because I'm here to do these things, they still matter and can enjoy life as well. I'm a good listener, and I have patients. My clients are like family to me. I treat them with much respect as I would if it was my own family.

Hello I'm Angie. I have been interested in healthcare since I was 12! I am now 21 and I am a CNA. I have 2 kids and absolutely love what I do. I love caring for those that aren't able to care for themselves anymore.

When I was younger, during the summer, I use to volunteer at the local nursing home/hospital. I love working with the elderly. We would pass out waters, feed them, play games, take them to the beauty shop, etc. I've always felt the need to help people and wanted to do that when I got older. My dream job was to be a traveling nurse. I'm kind, hard working, and will do anything to help anybody. My personal achievement is I bought my own house by myself.

I've been told repeatedly that I'm and calm, gentle, and responsible. I do know, that I have extreme attention to detail. The accomplishment that I'm most proud of, was earning a bachelors degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Cal Poly Pomona. It was enormously difficult. After spending 20 years in Silicon Valley, I moved to the Big Island, where I now work as a Substitute Teacher. Many aspects of sub'ing parallel those of an excellent care giver. The parents and family of these young children, entrust their safety to me. The day's activities must be documented for review by the regular teacher. And I tend to orient to becoming a friend of the students, because I want the classroom experience to be a pleasant one where the behavior and performance are motivated by mutual respect.

I'm currently working as a cashier / secretary at Pontotoc Electric association in Pontotoc , Ms . I have many references as to my abilities and character. I will be relocating to Florida very soon and would love to get back into my role as a caregiver . I miss the connection with people so much .

I have been a RN for 34 Yrs, I lost my job from NMMC in Oct. I enjoy working nights. I have been working on the rehab floor. Would like to find a 12 hr. shift job. Caring for others is what makes me whole and gives me great self satisfaction. I am divorced and am available prn. I prefer not to work days. I have been on evenings/nights for a long time.
