I've been a caregiver off and on a total of 15 years... I started out taking care of my great grandmother with dementia back when I was in high school. I love helping others and that is what inspired me to want to be a caregiver... I have also worked in different assisted living facilities and group homes and also worked for a couple of years administering medications..

I've always been one to care for others. My empathetic nature makes its a natural experience. I am a detail oriented person, which I find to be necessary in this field. I decided to get my CNA as a way to exercise my abilities to be a caregiver to others. I have since begun other ventures in life, but still hold a special place in my heart for caregiving

I'm a very social person. I enjoy helping and being there for others. I'm caring and take my job seriously when it comes to my clients whether it be the family or the client themselves. I enjoy the outdoors and going for walks and of course listening to my clients talk about what they like. I also enjoy engaging with my clients in games for cognition. I've worked with clients who have Alzheimer's and/or Dementia for over 14 years as a Memory Care Director and caregiver and have enjoyed every moment. I chose to be a caregiver because I wanted to have that one to one time with a client. I've met some wonderful families and clients over the years and enjoy seeing the smiles on their faces when they see their loved ones enjoying life again. The one achievement I am proud of is when I took the first step into becoming a Memory Care Director/Caregiver. My life has only been blessed because of the choice I made.

My name is Angie Brown, I have experience working in skilled facilities and also assisted living. For the last few years I have been doing home health care. I love being able to help families out and hopefully make a difference, its a very rewarding feeling, I'm proud of the way i take care of my clients and treat them with respect and provide them with the best care possible, I am covid vaccinated and cpr certified.

I worked 25 years in the Rutherford County School System as a Custodian and a Lunchroom Worker. I learned many skills in my years working there. How to be a team player was one of the many skills I learned. My references included 3 Principal's that I worked for.

I love being a Caregiver and assisting the elderly. I have experience with Alzheimer's Disease patients, assisting with mobility and personal care, preparing meals, light housekeeping, companionship, errands, and transportation to and from appointments. I really enjoy being with the elderly and hearing their stories. I know that I make a positive impact on their quality of life. Hey! My name is Kimberly. I'm 32 years old. I served 8 years in the Army. A year after getting out I started working at a state hospital (mental hospital) in Kansas. This was something I had never done before. I was placed on the geriatric unit. I LOVED working on this unit! I loved getting to know each patient and building a rapport with them. I truly enjoy caring for people. I enjoy sitting and talking / listening and getting to know them. I believe as a caregiver the patient should be treated as you would want your own family to be treated. I am proud of what I have done in my life this far.
