I approach any situation with the respect and love that I would want someone to give to my parents and myself one day. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity at any stage in life. I enjoy working with the elderly because you can learn so much from them and I also enjoy providing companionship. Being able to brighten someone's day is the best gift because you never know what the next person may be going through. Also, the elderly used to be young and it can be frustrating for them as well to see and experience changes they are going through. I always keep that in mind. I am also compassionate, dependable, respectful and optimistic.
