What makes me a great caregiver is I am loving, passionate and have compassion for people and their needs. I became a caregiver because I was given the opportunity to take care of my grandmother. She was my world and when she was diagnosed with liver cancer, I found my perfect world falling apart. I took care of my grandmother up until the end, and I found it very rewarding. Loving her in such a way has given me a special love for people. I love people, I love being of service to others, and do whatever I can to assist. What I like about being a caregiver is being able to give back and be of service to those who need assistance. I love being a caregiver because I meet all kinds of people from all walks of life. I am able to be in their presence and hear the wisdom that is shared. I am proud of finally achieving my bachelor degree after raising two children as a single parent. I did not allow obstacles to hold me hostage from my goals and dreams.

I have over 15 years experiance in health care. I started out as an STNA decided to further my education in 2015 and became a LPN. I have 3 classes left for my RN. I really enjoy taking care of people, it is my passion.

I worked for seventeen years as a home health care med certified caregiver , I have also worked on a critical care unit. Illiostomes, colostomies, aids patients , blood pressures ,diabetics also caring for people with physical and mental disabilities to keep them in there home . I cared for my mother while she was in my home to ensure her care was properly given until lung cancer finally ended her life . I worked 17 years as a care giver for mentally ill and mentally challenged individuals. I was med certified and still have my cpr card.

I am an energetic and positive caregiver! My first patient was my grandmother who was a patient of cancer for 20 years. Since then, I wanted to be able to help loved ones be comfortable in their own home where they can enjoy alot of the same things they always have. I have a passion to care for those in need. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is the lessons learned by your patients and hearing the stories that make up their past!

Hello my name is Judy Fugatt I am 23 years old I have 4 kids 2 year old 3 year old 12 year old step daughter and a 17 year old step son. I went back to school to get my stna to help others I watched my mother be an stna my whole life so I went and got my stna I love being able to help and hear there story from way back then as most of them say to me (: I'm easy going. I took care of my terminally ill grandmother and take care of my mother who has dementia, father has CHF and diabetes and my nephew has a rare disease that I play a big part in helping taking care of him. I love the fact that I can take care of someone who is need. Graduating with my Associates Degree in Medical Assisting. I am an honest, trustworthy, dependable and caring person who is always wanting to help take care of someone in need.

I've always had this thing for helping people in need to support them and help them get better or just to be there when they most need someone there. Talking? a talker and a great listener. I love the moments where we get lost in a conversation while doing care for them, help get their mind off what I am doing and have the mood focused on good memories. I love greeting my residents also! Always a bubbly person even on the bad days but serious when need be. I also am naturally very calm and collected during emergencies and am able to do what needs to be done and help in every way I possibly can. I am also a people person a just all around try to give off good vibes all the time! Can't wait to meet you!

I enjoy helping others and providing companionship to others in need. As I was growing up I always would help neighbors with they're yard work and variuos things. Being there for people who need a little extra in life gives me enjoyment to know I can be there for them. Making them feel as independent as possible is also my goal.
