Hello I love taking care of people.Been doing this type of work since the 80s and have so much passion for it.I love sitting next to them hearing about their lives and they usually love hearing about mine.I love making people laugh and smile.I am very easy going and just love life.Taking care of people has been a long time dream of mine and now been doing this a very long time.In my opinion laughter is the best medicine.

I'm an LPN. I am looking for a position as a nurse in home care. I enjoy the one on one care and the relationship I make with my patients. I currently work Monday through Wednesday. I am looking for a job that I can work at and keep my current job. Rate per hour is negotiable.

I worked for a lady that was 84 in Sallisaw for almost 2 years before she passed away. I worked 6 days a week for her. I did such things like dressing her, feeding her, picking up groceries, getting her medicine, and paying bills. Also went to doctors appointments with her. I would love to help someone else and I think I can really make a difference! I am also available for babysitting. I have 2 children of my own and worked in a nursery for over 2 years before moving away.

My life has been nothing but caregiving it's something I have a passion for I have worked with all types of lovely people needing a little help here and there. I have been hands on with cancer heart attacks, strokes, brain injuries to my last experience which was hunningtons diease I took care of a gentleman who ended up moving in with me for 3 years. I wake up everyday looking forward to helping those who need it. And I love building relationships along the way I'm very dependent and willing to learn to do things needed to make sure everyone is as comfortable as they can be.

I have been providing companionship, personal care, light housekeeping, laundry and errands off and on for 2 years private and as an employee with a company. I have a total of 7 years overall experience. I am experienced in caring for early-late onset Alzheimer's as well as those who do not suffer from this disease. Experience with those who can become easily agitated even violent. Worked in a day center for 20 months mainly with late stage dementia and also with special needs young adults where I was specially trained to care for dementia in a person centered care. This means the person is treated as an individual and not as an illness. I really love what I do and find I prefer to work on my own because my style is treating everyone with respect regardless of their abilities and making sure all their needs are met are really important to me. I am very compassionate about the people I care for and love what I do. I am not certified at this time but can still be looked up on the registry.

I love helping and working with people. I became a Certified Nurse Aide and Home Health Aide in 2001 when I graduated High School and still love my job. I love to see smile's on people's faces and being able to help others that can't help themselves. I have worked at Nursing Facilities and Home Health. I have worked with people with Disabilities and Alzheimer's.

I love taking care of the elderly and seeing how they are from day to day. I love cooking and cleaning for them. Sitting down and talking with them is my favorite pass time because they are so wise and has experience a lot in their life.
