My name is Josalyne. I am caring, kind, reliable, patient, charismatic and understanding. My attraction to caregiving has came from my grandparents who are in their mid 80's. I enjoy caring for, helping others and making sure they are safe, as I have a background in security. I worked in the security field for about 8 years. I'm excited about learning and gaining more experience. I have worked at a nursing home briefly as a CNA when I was about 20. I have experience with dementia, seizures, diabetes, and mental and physical disabilities.

I'm a Christian. I'm a people person. My accomplishments are many. My work ethic is impeccable. I love people and I am caring and mindful of the needs of people I serve. I have great references.

I have always loved nursing and caring for people. I have a degree in Nursing and worked in a hospital setting for 14 years. I currently take care of 3 and 4 year old special needs kids. I love to help and make a difference. My greatest accomplishment is my 3 kids. I have 20 year old son currently serving in the Navy, a daughter that is a Senior in high school and a daughter that is a Freshman.

I want to be able to join a company that will allow me to improve my skills, expand my experience, and allow me to broaden my knowledge; to maintain a full-time position where my experience can be utilized to improve the establishment while providing a professional working environment but also be able to provide care and love to those who need or require our assistance in their everyday lives. I may have just started my journey in the medical field but I know that with my personality and love for others that I can give the best care for those in need while providing the standards required for the job. Since I was a little girl I have wanted to become a nurse in order to help others in their lives, no matter how little the task. I have done schooling for my Medical Assistant as well as my Nurse Aide in order to gain experience and knowledge in the medical field providing help to those in need and providing the best care possible to my ability.

I started off as an EMT in 1995. Worked in ICU and Emergency Room. Just left in August 2023 to move to Southwest side of San Antonio in Medina County. I am 48 years old and have decided not to go back into the hospital environment as I found home care very rewarding and exactly what I love and need in my life.

I became a Care giver because I love helping people. I've Been a care giver for 20 or more years and have enjoyed it the whole time I'm a very honesty person I am reliable Have for home health and hospice companies. am training in ostomy ,hoyer lift and catheter care and working Alzheimer's Parkinson patients.

I love people and I love feeling great every evening knowing that I have made a difference in someones life. I love listening to their stories and making memories with my clients. I want my clients to trust me with all their needs, if they need me I don't want them to feel embarassed. I want to make the best impression on them as possible, at the end of the day I wanna feel complete and proud.

I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I have a very big heart and I'm very compassionate. I love helping people.

My family needed a caregiver down South for both of my parents. Prayers were answered when we got Joe for my parents. I thought, I could be that kind of God-send for a family. I am reliable, honest, hardworking, caring and have absolutely no problem cleaning. I know first hand the importance of timely medications and healthy meals.
