My mom is the reason I wanted to become a nurse and growing up taking care of my grandma at a young age with my mom encouraged me more. 3. Everything. I love taking care of residents, making sure they happy and uplifting them to get out of bed, eat and come play activities with other residents. 4. Being able to care for the senior citizen and care for them like their my own family/grandparents.
