About Erika

I became a caregiver because I love helping those to feel better about their own personal situations. Being a caregiver, allows you to show how compassionate, honest, loving, caring, and dependable you are when working as a caregiver. I love being able to help wherever it's needed whether it's bathing, feeding, running errands, or just being in the present of the resident. I'm most proud of being able to brighten up someone day. I became a caregiver two years ago, falling in line behind a family of caregivers and nurses. I received a bachelors degree in Social Work in 2010 which allowed me to get experience and knowledge I need to help those from different backgrounds from my own. I currently have a nursing assistant certificate and I will be headed back to school this fall to focus on a Bachelors of Science in Nursing to become a Register Nurse. I have no children at the moment which helps me to solely commit to the family.
