Becoming a caregiver has been my pride and joy. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is helping others. One of My most personal achievements has been becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant. Being a Nursing Assistant is my passion. I have enjoyed the path am on, giving essential care and helping with day-day needs. I have worked in-home care for 18 years, Over the years I have gained insight and hands-on experience in Geriatric Care, Oncology, Dementia, Strokes, Alzheimer's, and Parkinson's disease. I have seen and understand firsthand how life can transition from being independent to becoming codependent on daily needs. I became a Certified Nursing Aid in 2007 however, I have worked in-home care since 1997. I take pride in my work. I have provided services of care and assistance in the areas of activities for daily living such as Dressing, Grooming, Toileting, Preparing meals, Lite Housekeeping, incontinence, minor household management, medication organization, which are all done with quality care. I enjoy taking my clients out on social outings, grocery shopping, lunch, errands, etc. I Am also able to provide dependable transportation to and from doctor appointments. I have experience in being an advocate for my clients at doctor appointments. I can fill in the gaps between the Doctor My client and family members in regards to communication and Care plan. I am observant dependable and caring when it comes to client/patient needs. I enjoy providing quality custom-made care.

My name is Tawanda Burge i has been a nurse aide for over twenty seven years i have like been a nurse an help people for as long as i can remember one of my first job was doing private care from there i did an still are doing agencies work i also like doing private case weather it kids are whom ever i like work with people an it is something i am proud of an me doing my own private case on my own it was the best things i could have ever done i love doing what i do.
