I am a very patient and detailed oriented, these are traits that help me to be a great caregiver. As a young adult I watched as countless nurses and cna's mistreat and neglect most of their residents, to make matters worse my grandmother was one of those residents and I disliked the fact that she was not taken care of the way she was supposed to be. After she passed, I promised that I would do my best to be in the nursing field to make a change and I'm putting my best foot forward. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is getting to know others and creating a bond with the patient.
