I love taking care of people meeting people im a very caring person im the oldest of 6 brothers and sisters i had to take care of them and 9 grandkids i started out being a candy stripper at childrens hospial thats when i wanted to care for people i love putting a smile on clients and family faces being able to make clients feel that they are important and that someone care's.

How I started out as a pca was, wanting to know how do care for my family when the times comes and what training do i need to make sure im ready for it. I would love to be a caregiver and help someone in need whether that's daily hygienic needs or companionship. I fell in love with working with elderly people once I started working in a retirement home. Their stories amaze me and I respect them so much. I love talking to the residents about their hobbies and what they do on their spare time and I like to motivate them to keep going whether that's painting, knitting, singing, dancing, or just going on walks. Whatever makes them happy I love motivating them to keep doing it. I volunteered at Toys for Joy for the Rock Church and passed out free books to low income families. The charity also had free food, clothing, activities, and toys! It was a life changing experience and I'd love to do it again.
