I've been caring for elderly for about 15 years. Started with my grandma and having her tell me thank you so much and being appreciative of the small things I would do to make her smile did it for me. That's when I grew the passion to care for others. I love taking care to elderly as if they were my grandparents. I always make sure I give it that extra 110%!

I have had many difficult patients, angry and rebellious attitudes to contend with and so far it has helped in the medical field. I don't find personal hygiene and tasks of a more uncomfortable description as daunting. I love a challenge and don't mind cleaning and organizing. I am accustomed to giving medications, scheduling appointments and relaying information confidentially to family members that are concerned. I have been CPR certified and Medical Assistant certified up to this past year when I stopped working to move to Florida. I have a son with respiratory issues, so am familiar with inhaled medications, antibiotics and many medicines in the oncology and family practice field. I am also certified in yoga and have taught yoga for several years specializing in medical conditions like cancer, stiffness, balance and coordination issues.
