One of my most meaningful experiences involved a client placed on hospice care and given just three days to live. After one month under my care, he graduated from hospice and went on to live for an additional two years, reaching the age of 100. I started caring for both my parents but at different times when they were diagnosed with cancer yrs ago, my dad saw how I was with mom & from that time i also cared for him, he knew it was my calling & he was comfortable in my care. Then just within the past year I was able to care for my mother in law as well. I just feel compassionate about caring for others & it's such a rewarding experience everyday to know I'm making a difference in someone's life!
