I grew up with a huge family, my mother was a Foster care provider, my dad was a Chief Fireman, I am the youngest of 8children, I grew up watching my mom take care of handicapped children my entire life, I always loved seeing how happy it made her to be able to help someone, even if it were just by giving that child love, I've grown to follow her footsteps and I just love being able to help someone if I can, even if can't make them better health wise, I can help them feel better emotionally, everyone deserves the BEST CARE POSSIBLE, that's why I love doing this job! I'm experienced in all aspects of Nursing, I've done pretty much everything expected, I am Certified in Nursing, I'm in school for Phlebotomy, I worked 15yrs in Dementia Care, as well as Alzheimers. I'm very fun to be around and love the new experiences with each client.

I have a wonderful personality, I'm a very loving person I've been working as an aide for 9 years. I started working in group homes and I loved it then started doing private care. I love being able to keep someone in there home.

A caregiver isn't a job for just anyone. You have to have special characteristics to provide excellent care, I am honest, trustworthy, friendly, punctual, caring, good listener, patient and selfless. My happiness comes from helping others. As I grew up I took care of myself, as a teen I moved in with my grandparents so I could take care of them ever since then it's always been my dream to help others. Also I have worked in nursing homes and it broke my heart to see how residents are cared for. People seem happier in their own homes so if there is something I can do to help them stay in their home I will do it. Through the years I've had several clients, I have never had a client that has not liked me. I am proud to say that I have brought happiness to other people's lives and provided the best care that I could.

I have been a caregiver for a little over two years now and have learned a lot. I have had experience in a nursing home, a hospital, and a group home. When I first started out I was very unsure about my job. I knew that I wanted to help people in need but didn't know if this was going to be the job for me. The longer I am in the medical field the more I love my job. I put 100% into my job and take care of my clients/residents. I am loyal, trustworthy, and very dependable. I have been raised to always treat others like you would want to be treated, respect everyone, and be kind. I remember while I was working in the nursing home I loved talking with the residents, they had a lot of cool fun stories of their lives. In all I am very compassionate about my job. At the end of the day it puts a smile on my face knowing I have made someone smile today.

Hi I would say that I am a great caregiver I have been doing this for over eight years now. I am compassionate and caring observant and pay attention to detail. I care about the well-being of my patient and their interest. I can usually catch a lot of things that are going on before the patient or the family does a lot of times from the experience that I've had over the years of handling and dealing with the elderly. I actually just fell into caregiving I started taking care of my husband's grandfather which actually he was very close to and considered him a father figure and that's how it all started for me. And from there every patient that I've ever had her taken care of I've usually taken care of them until the end because I care for anybody I take care of like they're my own family. What I most enjoy about being a caregiver is knowing that I'm helping a human being make their life a little easier. Because as we all know when you get older you lose your Independence and that's harder on you so I'm here to help them and make them feel secure and not to feel like they're a burden. I would have to say one of the most proudest moments of my personal achievements is the fact that I know that every person that I've ever taken care of I know that they felt love from me and knew that I would be there for them and they wouldn't be alone if they needed it and I take pride and the care that I give to individuals. And my duties and responsibilities are always done and taken care of I don't lack on them either.

I love what I do! I have over 20 years of experience and I try to make friends with whoever I'm looking after! I can speak several languages as well and provide company, food, companionship, etc.
