I am very dedicated and compassionate. I enjoy assisting people. It is very rewarding. I also enjoy gardening, growing my own fruit and vegetables.

I've worked in Healthcare for more than 25 years as a clinical Medical Assistant. Working beside physicians taking care of patients always seemed very natural to me. I've always known I'm a true caregiver and treat patients with respect and dignity.

I've been in the caregiver field for 13 years. I taken care of two disabled children off and on when their parents had errands and were unable to take them along. Care for them included prepping bottles, changing diapers, operating feeding tube system, heavy lifting and bathing that's just to name a few. I absolutely love giving back to the elderly in helping them whatever way I can for they once were the caregivers to us. I was working with a 99-year-old and I absolutely adored him but he passed in april 2019 care for him included, medication management, showering, helping him to the bathroom, making breakfast, making lunch, taking him outside and to doctors appointments, hair and nail trims and once a week we go out to eat and exploring. I've also currently care for an 88 year old lady that is completely paralyzed and on hospice I've been with her since may 2018 I'm a hard honest worker and have plenty of references that will beg you to have me care for your loved ones [?]

My first experience with elderly assistant was my Grandmother who lived with me growning up and she became my responsibility when my dad had an 18 wheeler accident and mom had to care for him. Since then I have has several jobs with the elderly and love it...i am easy going and mostly happy I try to get along with everyone and I get attached easily to people. Im a hard worker and im dependable also a single mom of a 7 year old

I become a can/caregiver become a caregiver because I like taking time to take care of people that cant take care of they self and I love what I do I be more than a caregiver to my patient I become a friend and become like family to.

Hello my name is Lisa I'm a caregiver that has been providing care for individuals for 15 years, what made me become a caregiver was my mom that was diagnosed with cancer and my brother and myself couldn't find the appropriate person to care for our mom so we got the doctor to teach us how to care for her and we did it until she passed away,I have cared for patient with neuropathy early dementia and bed patients I also have c.p.r and first aid training I can cook pass meds and do some house cleaning.

At the age of 14, my grandma had a stroke which led to the onset of her Alzheimer's and dementia. Because of this, we decided that it would be best to partake in senior care at home rather than a senior care facility. For the next 7 years, I gained experience with aiding in her every day routines from helping her get out of bed (she had major back problems and lost control of one side of her body), helping her in the bathroom and getting dressed, preparing meals and spending time with her throughout the day. Helping her led me to want to help more with senior citizens so I volunteered for a senior activity center. This was a huge eye-opener for me as I came across many people who were left here by their families who either couldn't take care of them or didn't visit them. This really made me want to give back to those who raised the generations of parents and children today and I really enjoy the feeling I get at the end of the day as though I accomplished something better than I could doing any other job. I love the idea of helping others in need either with daily necessities or just having someone to accompany them during the day. One thing I am most proud of was even though I did lose my grandma in the middle of college, I promised her I would push through all of the hardships and go above and beyond her expectations which is how I became the first child in the family to attend and pass a University college as well as having become a manager at a store instead of settling for less.

I'm from Dallas, Texas and I'm currently looking for something to do with my extra time. I'm a very reliable person as well as a loyal individual. I love helping the elderly in there daily routine that would help them better there day. I like talking, laughing, watching tv, movies, site seeing, driving, and I enjoy reading my bible etc. Hope that My father in heaven bless me with a client thats full of joy.
