I don't look at caregiving as a job. I look at it as a service or ministry. I am honored that what I provide allows a person to stay in their home. I have developed many great friendships that carry on today. My clients become part of my family. They have my heart. I take great pride in what I do and I love meeting new families. I do my job with excellence and I take care of my clients like they were my own family.
My name is Sasha Eubanks. I've been in the health care field basically since I was 16 years old. I started as a residential aide and to now I am a certified nursing assistant, certified medicine tech, and a restorative nursing assistant. I absolutely love what I do and don't see myself in any other career field. I plan to continue my education and go for my registered nursing degree in the near future. Ive worked in long term care facilities pretty much my entire working life and would like to experience in home care as well. In today's world it's hard to find good quality help and someone who will love and care for somebody like family. Rest assured I'm your girl!

I love people and i am really fun to be around. Once you get me you will never let me go!
I've worked with people of all diversities from school age to old age. I worked at Daybreak an adult daycare while my sons were little and enjoyed the adults that attended the day facility. I also drove them home each night and helped them into their homes. On Saturdays we would drive around and provide them lunch. Many of the older people at the facility were unable to cook. My mother is getting older and needing care so I've learned a lot.

Making a difference in people's lives is an honor I got too achieve everyday being a certified nursing aide. I am very skilled in geriatric care.! I am proud of what my expertise is and where it is taking me in life but most of all I love being able too put a smile on someone's face!
I am compassionate, giving, and want to help those who have trouble helping themselves. I took care of my mom for four years and know how important it is for family members to be able trust those who are caring for their loved ones. I enjoy interacting with the people, listening to their stories and things they did in their lives, and playing games or doing puzzles with them. Being the caregiver that both family and clients like and they ask for me.
What makes me a great caregiver. I am very loving compassionate person . Why I became a caregiver? I became a caregiver because I wanted to give back .What I like about being a caregiver? I love being a caregiver because I feel fulfillment when I can help people stay in their homes longer. I try and put myself in peoples place and think about how I would fell if I had to leave my home and my belongings, What personal achievement am I most proud of? that would be raiseing 5 great children and my grandchildren
I have always enjoyed helping others and it is definitely my passion. I got may CNA in 2002. I have worked nursing homes, the VA, in home health care, and now as a support worker for individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities. This isn't just a job for me, it is truly my passion and it shows through my work ethic. I am easy to get along with and have a positive outlook on life.
I'm very Caring, kind, Patient with any type of situation, very understanding, I have 7 years of experience in the health care field with all walks of life. I love taking good care of seniors! It's just who I am n plus i took care of my both parents while in africa until there passing. I hv also taken care of the elderly with all the diseases! Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, Dementia, Brain Injury, Paraplegic, Cancer, Diabetes, Syndrome, Amputees, Dually diagnosed, Strokes, Kidney Failure, COPD, Dialysis, and more. While I have not worked for hospice technically I have worked hand in hand with them several times
As my mother developed Dementia I helped her adjust. It took humility and humor and I think it made me into a person I respected. After she passed away I became a professional caregiver because I loved the special bond that grows between the client and the caregiver. I see it as an honor to make the transition less uncomfortable for someone adjusting to losing their independence. I am not perfect but I do attempt, to the best of my ability to do things exactly as my client would want them done. I want the client and their family to trust that they can rely on me to keep things on an even keel. The family is often very shaken up by the prospect of hiring a caregiver and the client finds it difficult to have someone in their home so I really try to fit into their life quietly and efficiently. I am educated, well-spoken and have a good sense of humor. I like to play cards and craft and take long drives and go shopping and I am a good cook. I am happily careful to keep kosher or vegan or diabetic or heart healthy dietary guidelines. I stick to the care plan and I organize one if there isn't one. What I don't know I research. I am resourceful and I communicate. I have very good references.
To sum it all up I could use one word passion I've known since I was just a little girl that I was going to take care of sick people. When I was just about three or four I was asked what I wanted to do when I grow up , my answer ,I want to take care of sick people. I've been blessed with over 20 years in the medical field as a caregiver and that's what I will continue to pursue the rest of my life. One of my biggest accomplishments in life was getting my associate's degree in Medical science and Phlebotomy. I've been blessed to have worked with some wonderful Doctors and Nurses who have taught me alot. My patients are my family and i treat them as such.
