Hi! I'm Rachel and caregiving is close to my heart. I am a retired RN since 1993-2009. My best assets are my bright smile, kind personality and years of experience. I am patient, dependable, professional, trustworthy, very dedicated and loyal. I care for my clients exactly the way I would care for my own family members. I have worked in the hospital, nursing home and home health and hospice care area. My skills are many and cover several various areas of healthcare. I also love pets and care for them, as well.

I am a good caregiver because I enjoy helping people in anyway that I can, what attracted me to being a caregiver is that I enjoy helping others because someone day I might need someone to help me. Also, some families stay a long way and I enjoy being their to help their live ones. I enjoy listening to their stories and knowing that I can put a smile on their face. I am that I saved one if my client life.

I've had heart problems since high school. Nothing life threatening exactly. My heart would race. My husband has helped me through that tremendously and it feels amazing to be cared for by someone when life is hard. I've had two surgeries to correct the problem and am fine now. I've been out of traditional work for a few yrs as result. Coming back I've decided I'd like to pay it forward. Bc of my problems I'm quite familiar with the heart. I'm also a human anatomy lover and I swear I'm not tooting my own horn here, but I am fairly intelligent. I'm capable of assessing situations and taking action under stress while remaining calm. I have experience there that no one else can match Bc I've had to learn to operate under extreme stress while experiencing heart rates of over 200 bpm. That's kind of priceless. I love people. Truly. That's not to say they never stress me out, but I'm general people are a joy to me. I love getting to know new people. I adore when people trust me and lean on me. I bear others burdens gladly. I'd love to be able to help you care for your loved one. It would be a joy to be able to make my living helping others.

I'm a great CNA all my resident love me Im friendly and make my residents feel comfort and safe around me. I have patience and a great way of working with them because I love my residents and career.
