I am very passionate about what I do, I take great pride in taking care of my resisents. Knowing that I've helped someone or assisted them is a great feeling. I'm very proud of the fact that I've saved someones life in one way or another. The smile from the person says it all. There is no greater feeling then knowing that you've helped someone.

Hello, my name is Normandee Dionne. I was a CNA for 3 years. I worked with elderly. I helped them with their ADL's. I also helped bath, clean and helped with activities. I have been in school for 3 years for nursing (LPN) I just finished in May for the summer and the fall. I will be going back in the spring for my last semester. I did clinicals at St. Alexis., Valley View Heights, Missouri Slope and some of the clinics north of Bismarck. I have passed meds and taken care of many patients/residents. I enjoy helping and taking care of my patients/residents. What attracted me to be a caregiver is my family. I want to become a nurse so I can help my family and take care of my family to the best of my abilities. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver would have to be just being with the patient and knowing I can help. My biggest achievement so far would have to be the decision to go to nursing school.
