I am patient and highly compassionate, hard working, flexible, bilingual, trustworthy caregiver, experienced in home and hospital settings. I have been a caregiver for ten plus years and enjoy taking care of people. Over the years I have had many different jobs and only stuck with them for a little while until I got into caregiving. I enjoy taking care of people it gives me a sense of worth and satisfaction in my life. I enjoy meeting new people and making them comfortable and happy when they are ill or not.

My mother was a don of a nursing home when I was a child and I'd go into work with my mother and she'd introduce me to everyone there and I'd help take care of people and do activies with them I must have been 9/1oyears old but I loved it so I started doing activity block with them and as I got older i got into being a nurses aide and here I am still interested in working for clients so I have a lot of experience and I'm very interested in working for you my husband now helps me so you get two for cost of one he use to work in a hospital for people with disabilities before we moved here from Indiana I hope to hear from you soon thank you

Hello, I have just recently moved to the Albuquerque area from Missouri. I am currently working on my certification for Medical Billing & Coding, as long with Certified Medical Administrative Assistant. I know some may think this is boring, but for me I grew up in a home of medicine. My mom is a Certified Medical Assistant, phlebotomist and is currently working toward becoming an office manager. During my senior year of house school, she feel in. She was having seizures & mini strokes & medical teams couldn't figure out what was causing it. We were given two options during her hospital stay: one, she go into assisted living oor we get a home nurse for her. At this time, I had decided to take on the role as a home nurse. You see my mom was able to do somethings on her own, but not everything. I began the process of doing homebound from high school. I would cater to my moms every need while finishing up my senior year. I would balance school work with helping her take care of herself & the household chores. (Leaving the rest of this story open for the interview.) A part of me wishes it would have stopped during my senior year. But I soon realized that I was made for helping people out. Those from all walks of life. Sometimes we just need someone there. Someone to keep us company or to help conquer life's everyday challenges. Or even to cheer us up when we are having a rough day. Some would see caring for others as a daunting task. I find peace & joy from it. Brings a smile to my face seeing them accomplish something they never thought they would be able to.

I am a very loving and passionate person I am very attentive and nurturing. Which brings better care and comfort to the person you're looking after. I have always had a passion for taking care of people, helping them with anything and every wanting to make people smile and seeing how I have helped them with a smile they show me makes me feel amazing as a person. I enjoy getting to know people and hearing the stories from their past life and being able to help and feeling the love they give you, is what I absolutely enjoy about being a caregiver. A personal achievement I am proud of is over coming to a huge obstacle that would have hindered my life, the fear of failing nursing school.

I am a 19 year old female that's very kind and loves to help people. My grandmother had dimentia and I would help her bathe, make meals for her, get her dressed, watch her favorite tv shows, and get her shopping done for her. I like being a caregiver because I like to give companionship to those who cannot get out, and helping others the best way that I can. I like to make people happy and I believe that assisting them and giving them company is a great start.
