Hi there. I just wanted to reach out and give you somewhat of an understanding of the care i provide. I have over 12 years of experience. The most important thing I came to understand in my years in this field, that most home health companies are quick to hire just about anyone regardless of passion for the job. My patients I had would get so angry because it was never the same person and it made them uncomfortable. So i decided to take the necessary steps to work for myself so that i can hire and train the best and ensure that i am always providing the type of care we would want for our own family. My achievements was working with a lady who fell into depression following the death of her only remaining son, who had some type of rare cancer, but didn't think he was going to die,while she was also in the hospital recovering from hip replacement.I walked into her and her grandchildren's life Three weeks after the son's death. I was assigned to work with her to recuperate from her surgery, but I ended up being like a therapist to the family. And thanks be to God, her depression, was very well controlled with medication, and We became very good friends. So to me I think, that's was my greatest achievement And am always grateful and proud of that .
